Frequent Filer – This service plan is ideal for boutique-sized local/regional firms filing an average of 30-50 corporate filings per month. Clients using this option receive discounts on the posted catalog filing rates. Frequent Filer clients enjoy direct access to the Alberta Provincial government online system search services for a small monthly fee. Our office provides online and in-person training for administrative staff using this system.
Flat Fee Filing – firms with a high volume (50+ files) of corporate filing per month enjoy a low monthly flat rate filing fee. Our office customizes workflow requirements to match each firm’s internal operations. Firms looking to maximize existing resources, manage monthly cash-flow and reduce pay-rolling costs for corporate filing typically choose this option.
